Strength Training A

Warm up:

15 minute uphill walk

10 minute down hill walk

Exercise:

50 jumping jacks

1 minute plank

30 crunches

50 high knees

20 Russian twists

1 minute plank with side dips

Repeat 2x



Strength Training B

Warm Up:

20 minute uphill walk

20 minute downhill walk

Exercise:

50 jumping jacks

1 minute plank

20 lunges each leg

20 donkey kicks

20 front squats

50 high knees

20 plie squats

Repeat 2x




Strength Training C

Warm up:

15 minute uphill walk

10 minute downhill walk

Exercise:

50 jumping jacks

1 minute plank

10 right hook punches

10 left hook punches

10 bicep lifts each arm

10 tricep lifts each arm

50 high knees

10 push ups

Repeat 2x
